Christmas elves around Katherine have been busy preparing for the festive season.
Whether it’s strolling through Christmas markets, watching the town’s Christmas tree light up or singing along to Santa Claus is coming to Town – Katherine has it all.
In readiness for the season, Katherine Town Council has released the annual Christmas in K-Town Calendar showcasing all our special Christmas events.
Expressions of interest are open for performers, vendors or stallholders for Carols by Candlelight.
Entries for Katherine Christmas light competition is open – so get the ladder out and deck your verandas and roofs in tinsel and light!
Dust off your Santa hat and head along for some festive cheer!
Events include:
1 December – Christmas tree lighting
5 December – Katherine Community Association Projects Christmas Lights opens
6 December – Carols by Candlelight
14 December – Christmas light competition entry closes
23 December – Christmas light winners announced
