Community Grants Program
The Katherine Town Council Community Grants Program provides one-off funding to support projects, events and activities that make a positive difference in our community. Whether you're planning a community event, delivering a local project or bringing a new idea to life, the program is designed to help local organisations create opportunities that bring people together and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive Katherine. The program is currently being refreshed to simplify and make the application process more user-friendly. Updated guidelines and application dates will be published here once endorsed by Council.
Council provides up to $40,000 annually in funding. Applicants may apply for a minor grant of up to $2000 for capital purchases or initiatives, or up to $5000 for a major event.Guidelines, Application and Acquittal Forms
