Closures Due to Weather
Due to increasing river levels and further forecasted rainfall several roads and facility closures will be put in place, until advised otherwise. Katherine Town Council request motorists and other road users to remain cautious due to these conditions.
The follow parks, reserves and roads are closed:
• Low Level Bridge
• Katherine Hot Springs
• Boat Ramp
• Knotts Crossing
Gates will be locked at these locations and will be re-opened when conditions improve and become safe. Please adhere to all road conditions. Katherine Town Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
