Time and Date: 10:00am - 1:30pm, Tuesday 9th March, 2021
Tea and coffee from 9:30am, workshop to start at 10:00am.
Sessions run for three hours, followed by a light lunch. Please wear
comfortable clothes if you wish to participate in physical activities.
Our Personal Safety Workshops are fun and interactive. You will learn practical strategies and information to support your safety in a range of situations. Sessions have been designed for participants aged 60+. There are practical elements, which will be tailored to your level of mobility.
