The session runs for three hours, following a light dinner.
Please wear comfortable clothes to participate in physical activities. This workshop is for anyone aged over 18, and practical elements are tailored to all abilities. The workshop is fun and interactive. You will learn practical strategies and information to support your safety in a range of situations.
