Shez has called Katherine home since 1997, raising three daughters and building strong community connections through netball, sporting club committees and volunteering as a sports trainer.
She joined Council in 2018, bringing experience with Roper Gulf Regional Council and as office manager for a local bus charter service. As Acting Manager Corporate Administration, she oversees administration, customer service, rates and regulatory functions, supporting efficient, compliant and customer-focused services.
