As part of our year-long celebrations we are putting together a Centenary Sports Carnival and we're excited to welcome some incredible guests to the Centenary Sports Carnival.
Paralympian CJ McCarthy will be on the main stage sharing his inspiring journey, achievements and experiences in sport.
Olympic Gold Medalist Leisel Jones joins the NT Swimming CEO for a special Q&A session.
And don't forget The Great Katherine Tug of War hosted by none other than Constantina Bush with a little help from Leisel to award the winners with some fantastic prizes It's not too late to register a team!

The Katherine Town Council is calling for teams to enter the Great Katherine Tug of War as part of the Centenary Sports Day celebrations. This classic crowd-favourite is all about teamwork, timing, determination and community spirit.
Whether you’re representing a business, sporting club, school, community group or just a group of mates, this is your chance to battle it out for bragging rights in one of the most entertaining events of the day.
Teams can include between five and eight competitors, with competitions held across three age categories:
The competition will run in a round robin format from 1pm, giving teams multiple chances to test their strength, coordination and strategy against other local challengers, and be in the running for a bunch of cool prizes.
