For residents of the Katherine Municipality that DO NOT receive a kerbside collection, please be advised that you can dispose of your household refuse at the Waste Management Facility (WMF).
Please adhere to the below provisions:
• ONLY bagged household refuse will be accepted
• No appliances, mattress, listed wastes or green waste will be accepted
• Must use the QR Code to check in
Please note, there may be unexpected waiting times. Only a certain number of customers will be able to enter and exit the facility under the WMF COVID-19 safety plan.
The WMF Staff have a list of those areas that do not receive a kerbside collection, please have your photo ID and/or any other documentation stating your residential address.
You must be on the list to be eligible to access the WMF.
