The Cleanaway truck is still broken down and a solution is being worked on. Today’s (Thursday) collection may be delayed along with yesterday’s recovery. As previously stated, if your collection has not occurred, please leave your bin out to be emptied as soon as the service resumes. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this situation!
Areas that may be affected: Katherine South (town), Zimmin Drive, Stuart Estate, Emungalan Road, Gorge Road, Stuart highway (North), Victoria Highway, and Katherine East

Cleanaway have advised that they have had a mechanical breakdown which may result in a delay to your kerbside collection today. Cleanaway is hopeful the vehicle will be operational this afternoon to resume bin collection, otherwise it will be tomorrow morning.
If your collection has not occurred, please leave your bin out to be emptied as soon as normal service resumes. We will keep you updated.
