Round two of the successful myKatherine discount voucher program will commence Monday February 15, 2021 with $60,000 in discounts on offer.

The initial round saw $30,000 in discounts exhausted in just 23 days with 1,316 users and 31 businesses generating over $234,000 in sales.

“Council is glad that we can help provide financial support to Katherine businesses by providing customers with $60,000 worth of vouchers to shop local,” Mayor of Katherine Lis Clark said.

“We thank the Northern Territory Government for their valuable support for the initiative, providing $70,000 towards the program. Round two will take place during what is typically a quiet period for our retail, hospitality and tourism sector,” she added.

If you missed out on using the vouchers in the first round, don’t worry. New customers can sign up and receive $40 worth of myKatherine vouchers a day to be spent at participating businesses. Previously registered customers and businesses will remain active.
