Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre is pleased to announce the 2022 Katherine Prize exhibition, on view in their galleries from November 4 to December 2.
The Katherine Prize is the longest running visual art award in the Northern Territory and is returning for its 47th edition.
It is made possible by generous program sponsors Julie and Geoffrey Newton and Katherine Town Council.
They have had a range of mediums submitted including stoneware ceramic sculpture, paintings on discarded canned beef tins, cyanotype print and oil painting.
