DARWIN INTERNATIONAL LAKSA FESTIVAL

Katherine's hospitality groups are encouraged to submit their expression of interest in the Darwin Internation Laksa Festival. 

About the Festival

The Top End will embrace its multicultural community, love for food and tropical climate while supporting local businesses, with Territorians taking part in one of our favourite pastimes - eating laksa.

The Territory's laksas are recognised internationally as the best in the world, and the competition is open to any restaurant, eatery or stallholder from across the Darwin, Palmerston and rural area.

From 1 November until 28 November you can participate in a Laksa Food Tour, visiting participating restaurants to taste and vote for your favourite laksa dish.

You can submit a vote for your favourite laksa and inspired-by dish! The winner of the People's Choice award will be announced at the Darwin Laksa Festival on November 28.
